EL4600 is the basis of the range of thermal break systems by ELVIAL. The EL4600 line has exceptional resistance against wind load of up to 450 Pa, which is equivalent to a storm with force 10 according to the Beaufort scale and with wind speed of 89-102km/h for the certified dimensions of the two sash frame, i.e. 1.5m x 2.3m; for the single-sash frame, on the other hand, the same line has exceptional resistance against wind load of up to 900Pa (wind: 13 Beaufort).

The new ELVIAL XCLUSIVE 85i2 / 86i2 systems meet the high requirements for maximum thermal insulation, soundproofing, security and complete sealing, while at the same time they provide modern architects with complete freedom through a large range of design options with a basic section depth of ONLY 77mm and a reinforced profile thickness of 1.5mm to 1.8mm.

The new entry of ELVIAL 88i2 sets new standards with regard to main entrances, by offering countless thermal insulation, sealing and design solutions with a basic section depth of only 77mm.
